Role Overview

As a Graduate Agribusiness Associate, you will work across multiple aspects of the farm business, from operations to financial tracking and strategic planning.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn how agriculture works as a business system, not just as a field activity.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily farm operations (crop and livestock)
• Track costs, yields, and ROI across farm cycles
• Support the design of profitable farm investment packages
• Capture and share real farm content (photos and videos)
• Work closely with the team to improve efficiency and output

Who They’re Looking For

• Background in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field
• Strong numerical skills (costing, ROI analysis, data tracking)
• Genuine interest in farming as a business
• Comfortable working on-site (this is not a remote role)
• Ability to communicate clearly and document activities effectively
