Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and curious Graduate Trainee to join our Data Analytics and Digital Transformation team.
The role is designed for recent graduates with a passion for using data and technology to solve business problems, drive process improvements, and support digital initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Support data collection, cleaning, and preparation for analysis.
- Assist in creating dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide business insights.
- Participate in digital transformation initiatives such as process automation, ERP/CRM implementation, and emerging technology adoption.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for efficiency through digital tools.
- Contribute to research on industry trends in analytics, digital transformation, and innovation.
- Document processes, insights, and project outcomes for knowledge sharing.
- Undertake other tasks as part of the training program.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Business, Economics, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or R (an added advantage).
- Familiarity with digital tools, cloud platforms, or process automation is desirable.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and a keen attention to detail.
