About the Graduate Trainee Programme

Key Responsibilities
- Support employees and line managers across HR functions
- Assist with recruitment processes, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives
- Coordinate internal events, learning sessions, and policy-related activities
- Help organize and maintain HR documentation and records
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and HR policies
- Contribute to internal communications and employer branding (for social media role)
