Job Description
Hardgate Nigeria Limited, an indigenous Nigerian company in the oil and gas sector headquartered in Port Harcourt, is currently recruiting Graduate Trainees for a structured 6-month rotational training programme.
This programme offers hands-on experience across key departments including Procurement, Administration, Sales, and Contracting. Successful candidates will be assigned to departments based on their performance, competence, and strengths after the training.
Job Responsibilities
Procurement (Supply Chain)
- Support sourcing of oil & gas tools, equipment, and materials
- Assist with RFQs, supplier evaluation, and vendor engagement
- Track purchase orders and delivery timelines
- Maintain procurement records and documentation
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams
Sales & Business Development
- Assist in marketing oil & gas tools and equipment
- Support preparation of quotations, proposals, and tenders
- Engage OEMs and support customer relationship management
- Conduct market research and identify business opportunities
- Handle client inquiries and after-sales follow-up
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc. in Engineering, Procurement, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- NYSC completed
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and willingness to learn
- Engineering background is an added advantage
