This program provides selected candidates with hands-on training, mentorship, and real work experience across various departments.
Graduate Trainee
The Graduate Trainee will work closely with experienced team members to gain practical knowledge, develop core competencies, and support daily operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are proactive, eager to learn, and ready to build a solid career foundation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate actively in training and development sessions.
- Support departmental operations and carry out assigned tasks efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve organisational goals.
- Develop competency in assigned role and adapt to working environments.
- Conduct research, prepare reports, and assist in problem-solving initiatives.
- Demonstrate willingness to grow and take on additional responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of OND in any related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm to learn and adapt in a professional environment.
- Ability to work well both independently and within a team.
- Basic computer literacy is an added advantage.
Program information:
- Location: Lagos / Ibadan / Osogbo
- Salary Range: ₦120,000 – ₦250,000 (based on performance, skill level, & departmental placement)
