About the Program
The Edves Graduate Trainee Program is designed to equip fresh graduates with hands-on experience, structured training, and professional development opportunities across multiple disciplines. Available Disciplines:
- Marketing & Sales Communication
- Accounting & Banking Finance
- Human Resource Management & Administration
- Computer Science (with knowledge of coding/programming languages)
- Education (with interest in Learning & Development)
Responsibilities:
- As a Graduate Trainee, you will:
- Participate in intensive classroom and field training.
- Support departmental teams in executing day-to-day operations.
- Conduct research and contribute fresh ideas to ongoing projects.
- Work closely with supervisors to learn organizational processes.
- Gain hands-on experience in your chosen discipline.
- Complete a two-week mandatory training program with practical field exposure.
Requirements:
- B.Sc./HND in one of the listed disciplines with a minimum of First Class or Second Class Upper (2:1).
- Graduation year must be between 2023 and 2025.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the organization.
- Excellent communication skills, smart, and focused.
- Willingness to undergo two weeks mandatory training with field practices
