The GT program will have two career pathways – technical and non-technical. The technical pathway will focus on Implementations, Presales, Product Management, Project management, and software development functions while the non-technical pathway will focus on finance, Sales, business strategy, and supply chain.
Role Description

The ITH Holdings Graduate Trainee Programme is designed to equip exceptional fresh graduates with the skills and experience needed to become future leaders in their respective fields.
Requirements:
- University Degree: Technical Pathway: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields. Non-Technical Pathway: All fields.
- Minimum of Second Class Upper Division (2:1).
- Must be a Fresh Graduate (0-1 year post-NYSC experience can be considered).
- Must not be older than 24 years as of the application deadline.
- Application Deadline: 1st October, 2025.
