Job Title: Graduate Trainee – Wellhead Engineer

About the Role
The Graduate Trainee – Wellhead Engineer program is designed to equip young engineers with hands-on experience and professional exposure in wellhead systems, production engineering, and field operations.
You will work closely with experienced engineers and technical experts to develop practical skills in wellhead design, installation, and maintenance, while also gaining insight into the broader oilfield service industry.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: B.Eng or HND in Engineering or related discipline
- Experience: 0–1 year post-graduation experience
- Age Limit: Not more than 30 years old
- Location: Candidates resident in Port Harcourt or its environs are strongly preferred
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Quick decision-making ability under pressure
- Proven team leadership and collaboration abilities
- Excellent technical drawing skills (mandatory)
- High level of computer proficiency (mandatory)
- Effective technical and report writing skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, technical environment
