Job Description

Scrapays is seeking passionate and proactive Growth Ambassadors to join its dynamic team. The role involves managing and expanding field operations, building relationships with communities, and driving recycling engagement initiatives to support the company’s mission of creating a cleaner and more sustainable environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow field operations to enhance the company’s recycling network.
• Build strong relationships with community partners, collectors, and recyclers.
• Promote awareness of recycling and environmental sustainability.
• Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to expand operations.
• Support community outreach programs and ensure smooth operational processes.

Requirements:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think critically and work independently or collaboratively in a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Must reside in Lagos or nearby areas.
• Experience in recycling, community outreach, or sustainability initiatives is an added advantage.
