About the Role
Staffbridge Recruitment Agency is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and business operations.
In this role, you will manage communications, coordinate workflows, and support outreach and client-facing activities, especially within the Nigerian market.
This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, responsive, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in administration, project management, or operations are an added advantage
Key Requirements
- Must be based in Nigeria with reliable power backup (inverter or generator) and stable internet (minimum 20 Mbps with a backup option)
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, Chief of Staff, or B2B Operations Associate
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian market, including SMB behavior and local payment platforms such as Paystack and Flutterwave
- Native or fluent written English with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
- Experience with at least one CRM such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools
- Strong document management skills (formatting, version control, compliance attention)
- Highly proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Availability to work with 3–4 hours daily overlap with Eastern Time (afternoon/evening WAT)
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business platforms
- Ability to speak an additional Nigerian language (Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa, or Pidgin)
- Background in B2B SaaS, AI, or GovTech startups
- Experience using Paystack, Flutterwave, or Stripe
- Basic design skills using Canva or Figma
- Existing network within Nigerian SMB, fintech, or startup ecosystems
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, inboxes, and scheduling across multiple time zones
- Support outreach, follow-ups, and client communications
- Maintain organized documentation, CRM updates, and reporting systems
- Assist with business operations, research, and coordination tasks
- Track deadlines, tasks, and ensure timely execution of priorities
