HoaQ Hiring Venture Operations Intern | Remote

HoaQ is hiring a Venture Operations Intern to support its investment team while gaining hands-on experience in venture capital and startup operations.

This role sits at the intersection of fund operations, portfolio support, and AI research, offering valuable exposure to early-stage investing and innovative startups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and analyze portfolio performance
• Support relationships with founders and portfolio companies
• Improve internal workflows and operational efficiency
• Assist the investment team throughout deal processes
• Research the application of AI tools in sourcing, due diligence, and reporting
• Contribute to venture operations and fund management activities

Requirements:

• Currently studying or recently graduated (Business, Finance, Economics, Tech, or related field)
• Strong interest in venture capital, startups, and technology
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Prior experience in venture capital or startups is an added advantage (not required)
