This is a developmental opportunity for a successful candidate to gain experience within a dynamic Human Resources function. The selected individual will provide essential administrative support to the HR team, ensuring the efficient delivery of its key mandates across the entire employment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
The Intern will be actively involved in various aspects of the HR function, including:
- Providing administrative support to the team across the entire employment life cycle.
- Assisting in processing employee-related requests via the HR Service Desk and through other communication channels.
- Providing project administration support for various HR initiatives and projects.
- Assisting with research on HR trends and practices to support strategic decision-making.
- Providing any other operational support as required by the HR department.
- Assisting with data analytics and reporting to measure HR effectiveness.
- Assisting with the implementation of all HR initiatives and programs.
Qualifications:
- A good Honours degree (BA/BSc) or equivalent.
Experience & Skills:
- Extensive HR experience is not required as this is a developmental opportunity.
- Candidates are expected to display high numeracy skills and a strong aptitude for learning.
- Some exposure to leading HR practices, either through academic study, previous experience, or general exposure, is an advantage.
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in written and spoken English and French is mandatory.
- Oral and written fluency in other international languages will be considered an added advantage.
