Independent Nigerians Project (INP) is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Project Director to lead its Electoral & Good Governance Advocacy Project.
This important role is focused on promoting electoral integrity, democratic participation, transparency, and accountable governance across Nigeria through strong leadership, advocacy, and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead electoral and governance advocacy initiatives across Nigeria
- Provide strategic leadership and overall project direction
- Oversee project implementation, execution, and timely delivery
- Engage with key stakeholders including government agencies, electoral bodies, civil society groups, and development partners
- Drive advocacy campaigns, monitoring activities, and measurable impact outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in digital/product campaigns
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in governance, elections, development, or advocacy campaigns
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience in program/project management
- Deep understanding of Nigeria’s electoral system, governance processes, and policy landscape
