Applications are now open for the Jackson, Etti & Edu (JEE) 2026 Graduate Recruitment and Development Program (GRDP), a structured career development programme designed for young lawyers seeking to build strong foundations in legal practice.

The programme combines practical legal experience, cross-departmental exposure, mentorship and structured learning to help participants develop the legal, commercial and professional competencies required to succeed in a modern law firm.

About the Graduate Recruitment and Development Program

The GRDP is designed to identify and nurture high-potential young lawyers through a combination of practical work and formal development activities.

Selected participants will gain hands-on exposure to real-world legal matters while rotating across different departments and practice areas within the firm.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Be young lawyers with 0–2 years of post-call experience
  • Hold a minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) degree from a reputable university
  • Hold at least a Second Class Lower degree from the Nigerian Law School
  • Demonstrate the potential and willingness to learn and develop professionally

The programme is particularly suited to newly qualified and early-career lawyers who want structured exposure to professional legal practice.
