Scruples Resource Limited is Recruiting for the following positions:
- Refueler
- Wellsite Geologist
- Shipment Coordinator
- Contract Lead
- Electrical Technician
- Drilling Engineer/Specialist
Responsibilities:
Refueler
- Safely handle and dispense fuel to company or client equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
- Maintain accurate fuel records and inventory reports.
Wellsite Geologist
- Analyze drilling samples and data to guide drilling operations.
- Prepare geological reports and ensure accurate well logging.
- Collaborate with drilling teams to identify oil and gas reservoirs.
Shipment Coordinator
- Oversee the planning and coordination of shipments and logistics.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Maintain records of shipping documentation and inventory.
Contract Lead
- Manage and negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and contract terms.
- Monitor project progress and support business operations.
Electrical Technician
- Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure system reliability.
- Support the engineering team in project execution.
Drilling Engineer/Specialist
- Design and implement drilling programs.
- Monitor drilling operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Provide technical support and improve drilling performance.
Requirements:
- A minimum of an OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in a similar role (oil & gas or engineering preferred).
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail, safety awareness, and adaptability to field operations.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
