Job Description
The Junior Programs Associate (Product Management) will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of product management training programs.
This role involves working closely with instructors, students, and program managers to ensure smooth execution of learning sessions and related activities. The ideal candidate is passionate about education, technology, and helping others grow in their careers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach and mentor students in Product Management and related tech courses.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of training programs, workshops, and bootcamps.
- Support instructors and program managers with class scheduling, attendance tracking, and resource distribution.
- Maintain and update student information and program progress using the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Contribute to the preparation and distribution of program materials, reports, and communications.
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure effective program delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Product Management, Business, Technology, or related fields.
- Previous experience in teaching, program coordination, or tech education is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in basic digital tools and online learning platforms.
- Must reside within or close to Ikeja, Yaba, or Lekki.
