KAI-X Summer Internship Program 2026 in Korea
The KAIST Summer Internship in Korea is an opportunity for undergraduate and postgraduate students to gain practical laboratory experience.
The program provides selected interns with an opportunity to use world-class facilities for research while they are compensated with living and accommodation allowances.
The program is to be undertaken at the Korean Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), one of the world’s leading institution in science and technology research.

Eligibility Criterias
To be considered for the KAI-X Summer Internship in Korea, you must:
- Be an international student
- Be an undergraduate student in your 3rd or 4th year or a Master’s student
- Be available during the internship period of June to August
- Apply before the deadline

- If chosen, you will be allocated to one laboratory from the these preferences you have indicated, where you will engage in research activities throughout the internship period.
