Lagos Business School Young Talents Programme 2026

The Lagos Business School of Pan-Atlantic University has officially announced applications for the 2026 Young Talents Programme (YTP) for Nigerian students and graduates.

The Lagos Business School Young Talents Programme is designed to expose participants to world-class insights on productivity, leadership, and entrepreneurship while preparing them for successful careers and future academic opportunities.

Lagos Business School Young Talents Programme 2026 Details

The Young Talents Programme (YTP) is a two-day career development initiative led by LBS faculty members and industry experts. The programme is designed to equip young graduates with practical knowledge and professional skills in leadership, entrepreneurship, and productivity.

Participants will also gain exposure to the LBS Management Scholarship Academy and connect with some of Nigeria’s brightest young professionals.

The ninth edition of the programme is scheduled to hold from July 2–3, 2026.

Eligibility Requirements for LBS Young Talents Programme 2026

To be eligible for the programme, applicants must:

• Possess a First Class or Second Class Upper degree (or its equivalent)
• Be under 30 years old at the time of application
• Be currently enrolled in or have completed a master’s degree (optional)

Note: Previous participants of the Young Talents Programme are not eligible to apply.
