Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers and grow loan and deposit portfolios.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Promote the bank’s products and services within assigned communities.
- Conduct loan assessments and support loan recovery activities.
- Ensure excellent customer service delivery.
- Meet assigned business and sales targets.
- Maintain portfolio quality and performance standards.
Requirements:
- OND, NCE, HND, or B.Sc in any relevant discipline.
- Strong sales and marketing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Knowledge of banking or microfinance operations is an added advantage.
