Job Description
As a People Operations Intern, you’ll play a key role in supporting the recruitment and talent management functions at LifeBank.
You will work closely with the HR team to help attract, evaluate, and onboard top talent, while also contributing to key employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for open positions.
- Manage job postings across job boards, websites, and social media channels.
- Conduct initial interviews and phone screenings for potential candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and HR vendors.
- Track and update candidate databases and recruitment pipelines.
- Support in drafting job descriptions and recruitment marketing materials.
- Contribute to employer branding projects and internal communications.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong passion for recruitment, HR, and talent management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail).
Desirable Qualities
- Previous internship or experience in recruitment or HR operations.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience using social media for recruitment and employer branding.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
