We are an engineering services company seeking a zealous and proactive Graduate Trainee (Project Management) to join our team.

This role is designed for young graduates who are eager to build a career in project management within the engineering and technical services industry.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and readiness to support project delivery from planning to execution

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to Project Managers on engineering and technical projects.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities and milestones.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Track project progress and highlight risks or delays to supervisors.
• Learn and apply project management tools and methodologies relevant to engineering projects.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong interest in project management within engineering/technical environments.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly zealous, enthusiastic, and willing to work hard and learn quickly.
• Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); exposure to project management software is an advantage.
