Job Summary

• As a UI/UX Designer at Mixenz Concepts, you will be responsible for creating engaging and user-friendly digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to translate business requirements into functional and visually appealing interfaces.
• This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of the end-to-end design process—from research and conceptualization to prototyping and final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, testing, and analysis to understand user behavior and improve usability.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that communicate design intent effectively.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure smooth handoff from design to implementation.
• Maintain consistency in visual elements, typography, and brand identity across digital products.
• Stay updated with UI/UX design trends, emerging tools, and best practices to keep Mixenz at the forefront of innovation.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas that enhance the overall user experience.
• Ensure all design outputs are aligned with accessibility standards and responsive design principles.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar design-focused role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects and UI/UX case studies.
• Hands-on experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Wireframe.cc, or InVision.
• Proficiency in design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility guidelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork with cross-functional teams.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
