Job Description

About CWAR

Nestlé Central and West Africa Region (CWAR) is pleased to announce the commencement of the 2026 ABLEHIRE Program. This landmark initiative is more than just a recruitment drive; it is a fundamental part of our global mission to foster a truly inclusive workplace. At Nestlé, we recognize that innovation and excellence are born from diversity, and we are committed to providing a platform where every individual, regardless of their physical challenges, can achieve their full professional potential.

As the world’s leading food and beverage company, Nestlé operates in almost every country in the world. Nestlé has been a household name for decades, providing nutritious products that cater to the diverse needs of millions. However, their impact goes beyond the products on the shelves. The ABLEHIRE Program is a direct reflection of these values, aimed at ensuring that talent is the only metric that defines success within our walls.

The Vision Behind the ABLEHIRE Program

The ABLEHIRE Program is a specialized career entry initiative designed strictly for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs). Historically, talented individuals with disabilities have faced systemic barriers to entry in the corporate world. Nestlé CWAR is actively working to dismantle these barriers.

This program focuses on identifying qualified graduates who possess the intellectual capacity and passion to contribute to our business. By providing a structured environment tailored to accommodate various needs, we ensure that our “Able-Hires” are not just filling a quota, but are integral members of our teams, working on real-world business solutions.

Why Join the ABLEHIRE Program:
