As a chattered prestigious body of eminent credit management elites, NICA is empowered by law to, control supervise and regulate credit management profession in Nigeria; the institute preserves, promotes and protects the integrity and interests of credit business across sectors of then economy.
- Location: Lagos
The National Institute of Credit Administration [NICA], Chartered invites applications from qualified and ambitious graduates for the position of Graduate Trainee – Education and Training Executive.
Job Purpose
- To support the Institute’s Education and Training Directorate in delivering world-class credit administration training, academic programs, and professional development initiatives across Nigeria, and other parts of the World.
Qualifications for the NICA Education and Training Executive Graduate Trainee Program 2026
- Degree: First Class or Second Class Upper in Education Management or Education Administration from a reputable university.
- NYSC: Must have a recent NYSC Discharge Certificate or Exemption Letter.
- Graduation: Recent graduate with strong academic record and excellent communication skills, superb knowledge of the use of computer, social media and high speed typing, very eloquent and writing skills, among others.
Compensation
- Salary: ₦150,000.00 per month during a 3-month trial period.
- Successful trainees will be considered for full employment at the end of the trial period.
Location & Proximity to Workplace:
- Work Location: NICA Headquarters, Victoria Island, Lagos
- Note: To manage self-transportation logistics, only applicants residing in Victoria Island, Ikoyi/Obalande, and Lekki Phase 1 – 3 should apply.
