The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) congratulates all applicants who have successfully advanced to the next stage of the ongoing recruitment exercise. Kindly read and follow the instructions below carefully:

Official Communication Channel

Effective immediately, all communications with shortlisted applicants will be conducted strictly through their registered email addresses.

  • No correspondence will be sent via unofficial websites, WhatsApp groups, or social media platforms.
  • Applicants are strongly advised to regularly check their emails (including spam/junk folders) for timely updates.

Email Correction & Verification Portal

Some candidates have reported issues with receiving official emails. To resolve this, all shortlisted candidates must log on to the Recruitment Portal via the link below:

Steps to follow:

  • Log in using the NIN used during registration.
  • Access your profile and carefully confirm your registered email address.
  • Correct or update your email details where necessary.
  • Save and confirm your changes to avoid future communication issues.

Note: Only candidates with verified email addresses will receive official recruitment updates.

Next Stage: Computer-Based Test (CBT)

  • The CBT schedule and further instructions will be sent directly to verified email addresses.
  • Official emails will contain pre-test access links and login credentials.
  • Failure to update/verify your email may result in missing out on vital information, which could affect your participation.

Warning Against Fraud

The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS):

  • Does NOT demand payment for recruitment or job placement.
  • Will not request money via phone calls, SMS, or social media.
  • Urges applicants to ignore and report fraudulent messages circulating online.
