This opportunity is designed for corps members seeking practical experience in customer service, client relations, front-office administration, and corporate communications within a leading financial services organization.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to clients, visitors, and guests professionally.
  • Manage the reception area and meeting rooms to maintain a professional environment.
  • Maintain visitor records and sign-in/sign-out procedures.
  • Receive, file, and securely store client documents and forms.
  • Handle incoming mails and courier deliveries.
  • Manage enquiries received through client service email channels.
  • Receive and respond to incoming calls professionally.
  • Support initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Escalate customer complaints where necessary and support resolution processes.
  • Provide information on products and services to prospects and clients.

Requirements

  • Currently serving in the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
  • Available for immediate deployment.
  • Preferably NYSC Batch A2/B1 2026.
  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
