Job Details

Ascentech Services Limited is seeking a serving NYSC member with a minimum of 10 months remaining to support its Finance and Operations functions.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to grow under structured mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will receive mentorship and training in the following areas:

• Verifying supplier invoices, including bank account details
• Maintaining records of payments, supplier bank details, KYC documents, and regulatory registrations
• Tracking and monitoring operational expenses
• Assisting in the preparation of container-wise Certificates of Quality for shipments
• Preparing packing lists and verifying VGM weights for shipments
• Tracking stuffed containers to port and confirming seals
• Supporting day-to-day finance and operations activities

Requirements

• Currently serving NYSC member
• Minimum of 10 months remaining in service
• Proximity to Sagamu / Redemption Camp axis
• Background in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn

2. NYSC Intern (Operations and Export Logistics)

Job Details

Ascentech Services Limited is also recruiting a serving NYSC Corps Member to join the organization as a Place of Primary Assignment (PPA).

The successful candidate will be based at the company’s Sagamu warehouse, supporting operations, export logistics, and finance functions while gaining practical experience in an agribusiness and commodity trading environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify supplier invoices, especially bank account details, for accuracy and compliance
• Maintain records of payments, bank details, KYC documents, and supplier registrations
• Track and monitor operational expenses related to sourcing, processing, and logistics
• Prepare container-wise Certificates of Quality for export shipments
• Prepare packing lists and verify VGM (Verified Gross Mass) weights
• Track stuffed containers to port and monitor seals/shipment movement
• Support warehouse, logistics, and export documentation activities
