The Oilserv 2026 Ingenious Graduate Trainee Program is a structured two-year career development initiative aimed at nurturing exceptional young talent for future leadership roles within the Oilserv Group.
In the first six months, trainees participate in rotational assignments across all subsidiaries to gain comprehensive business exposure. This is followed by an 18-month specialised development track in their chosen field or career.
The program includes support for professional certification, skills development, project involvement, and mentorship.

Criterias for the Oilserv Indigenous Graduate Trainee Program 2026
- Must have completed NYSC
- 0-2years work experience
- Not older than 28 years
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2.1 in Engineering, Law, Information Management, Accounting, ESG and Social sciences
- ESG knowledge is an additional advantage.
