Responsibilities

• Department Rotation: Working in various departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of business operations and workflows.
• Operational Support: Assisting managers with daily tasks, projects, and administrative duties.
• Performance Tracking: Analysing reports, monitoring KPIs, and recommending improvements to enhance profitability.
• Learning & Development: Participating in training sessions, attending workshops, and shadowing experienced staff.
• Onboarding & Support: Helping with recruiting, training, and onboarding new employees.
• Reporting: Preparing reports, presenting findings to senior management, and maintaining documentation.
