Job Description
We are seeking dynamic, creative and passionate individuals to join us as On-Air Personalities (OAPs). You will be the voice and face of our brand — hosting live shows, conducting interviews, interacting with listeners and helping build meaningful connections with our audience. This role calls for a strong on-air presence, excellent communication skills, and a flair for entertaining and informing listeners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Host live radio shows and segments with energy and professionalism.
- Research and plan engaging content tailored for our target audience.
- Conduct live and pre-recorded interviews with guests, celebrities or experts.
- Engage with listeners via calls, messages, and social media channels.
- Collaborate with the production team to develop show schedules and maintain broadcast quality.
- Stay on top of current events, trends and entertainment news.
- Represent the brand at promotional events, social media campaigns and other public engagements.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Prior experience as an OAP, presenter, broadcaster or similar role is a strong advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills; confident on-air presence.
- Creative mindset, energetic attitude and strong ability to engage with an audience.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a 12-hour shift schedule.
- Familiarity with social media, digital engagement and audience interaction.
