About the Program
The OnePipe Emerging Talent Accelerator is a 12-week, fully funded training program designed to identify, train, and empower young professionals who aspire to build careers in fintech operations, product enablement, and integrations.
Participants will gain hands-on experience with real-world fintech products—especially within OnePipe’s API ecosystem—while receiving direct mentorship from OnePipe’s technical operations, product, and partnerships teams.
Throughout the program, fellows will collaborate on live projects that mimic real-world product launch and maintenance processes in the digital finance sector.

Eligibility Criteria
