Requirements for the PCCN Energy Graduate Trainee Program 2026

• B.Sc. or B.Eng in Electrical Engineering
• NYSC completed or exemption certificate
• Strong interest in power generation and industrial operations
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
• Previous technical or industrial experience is an added advantage
