- We are seeking an intelligent and resourceful Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to management while ensuring smooth business operations.
- The ideal candidate must have hands-on ERP experience (Odoo essential), excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities of the Personal Assistant At BashleeNG
- Provide daily administrative and executive support to management.
- Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel logistics.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business documentation.
- Utilize ERP systems (Odoo) for data entry, reporting, and process optimization.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth flow of information.
- Handle confidential matters with discretion and integrity.
- Perform research, follow-ups, and special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP systems (Odoo essential).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of intelligence, discretion, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
