Job Description of the Personal Assistant At BashleeNG

  • We are seeking an intelligent and resourceful Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to management while ensuring smooth business operations.
  • The ideal candidate must have hands-on ERP experience (Odoo essential), excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities of the Personal Assistant At BashleeNG

  • Provide daily administrative and executive support to management.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel logistics.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business documentation.
  • Utilize ERP systems (Odoo) for data entry, reporting, and process optimization.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth flow of information.
  • Handle confidential matters with discretion and integrity.
  • Perform research, follow-ups, and special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP systems (Odoo essential).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High level of intelligence, discretion, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
