The Opportunity

  • A founder operating across real estate development, construction, digital education, and content creation is looking for a Personal Assistant who can become the operational backbone behind a fast-moving, multi-entity operation.
  • This is not admin work. This is a high-intensity partnership with someone who builds real projects, teaches hundreds of thousands of people online, runs live events, manages brand partnerships, and is scaling aggressively.
  • You will be embedded in everything — calendar, communications, travel, events, and the countless moving pieces that come with running multiple businesses simultaneously.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage a dynamic calendar across professional and personal commitments — prioritizing ruthlessly so the Founder’s time goes only to the highest-value activities.
  • Act as gatekeeper — triage emails, DMs, partnership requests, and meeting invitations. Only signal reaches the Founder; noise dies with you.
  • Draft clear, professional responses on behalf of the Founder to partners, clients, team members, and media contacts.
  • Coordinate weekly syncs covering content production, marketing campaigns, construction project milestones, event planning, and speaking engagements.
  • Manage all travel — domestic and international — with layered contingencies and zero missed details. The Founder travels with family; plan accordingly.
  • Coordinate events, dinners, and conference appearances with polish and foresight.
  • Support media and marketing execution — website launches, product launches, post-launch follow-through.
  • Step in wherever needed — solving problems, anticipating needs, and eliminating friction before you’re asked.

  • The Founder’s calendar always reflects top priorities. Distractions are eliminated before they arrive.
  • Strategic deep-work blocks are protected. High-leverage activities are fully supported.
  • Communications are handled with clarity, speed, and discretion.
  • Agendas, materials, and follow-ups are ready before they’re needed.
  • Every trip runs flawlessly. Every event is coordinated end-to-end.
  • You build systems that prevent chaos — not systems that require reminders.

Requirements

  • Must have graduated with a degree in a construction-related course— Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Technology, Estate Management, or similar. You will be operating in a world where construction terminology, project milestones, and building processes are everyday language. You need to speak it fluently.
  • Proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant supporting a Founder, CEO, or C-suite executive.
  • Experience in fast-paced startups, family offices, or founder-led businesses is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication — concise, direct, and context-aware.
  • Impeccable discretion and integrity with sensitive business and personal information.
  • High emotional intelligence and composure under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving instincts and ownership mentality — you anticipate, not react.
  • Fast response time. You move in real time, not on delay.
  • Ability to operate seamlessly across professional and personal domains without overstepping.
  • Resilience in a high-standards, fast-changing environment.
