Presidential Amnesty Programme Scholarship Funds 2026 (Undergraduate Track)

Job Description
Presidential Amnesty Programme Scholarship Funds 2026 (Undergraduate Track)
The Presidential Amnesty Programme funds tertiary study for Niger Delta students, from first tuition payment through to graduation — provided the grades hold up along the way.
Scholarship funding is one arm of the Presidential Amnesty Programme’s wider work of reintegrating former Niger Delta agitators into civilian life.
Rather than a one-off grant, it is built as a standing offer: qualifying students get help with tuition and related costs at approved Nigerian institutions, so long as they keep meeting the academic standards for each session.
