Description
- The procurement intern provides a variety of specialized and non-specialized transactional support services, ensuring consistency and quality of work steps completed.
- Activities performed will depend on the team assignment; therefore, some responsibilities may not be applicable to all roles.
Key Responsibilities of the Procurement Graduate Intern at ExxonMobil
- Assist in drafting bidding documents, evaluation reports, and contract award submissions, ensuring consistency in format and content
- Assist in the preparation of Purchase Orders, Contracts, LTAs, or their Amendments
- Client Relationships / Stakeholder Management
- National Content data review and analysis
- Data management and analysis
- Document control support
About you – Skills and Qualifications
- Must be a Nigerian citizen
- Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) in Accounting / Business Management / Social Science/Engineering/ Law degree or other related degrees
- NYSC Completion (Discharge or Exemption certificate)
- Not more than 2 years post NYSC completion.

- Able to work well with teams
- Good data analysis and communication skills
- Able and willing to learn
- Effective presentation skills
