About the Role
As a Product Designer, you’ll play a key role in crafting the user experience of Terra’s learning platform and related products. You’ll collaborate with engineers, product managers, and marketers to design user-friendly interfaces that enhance usability, accessibility, and engagement across web and mobile.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end product experiences for Terra’s learning platform (web & mobile).
- Conduct user research and usability tests to understand learner needs and behavior.
- Translate insights into wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to ensure seamless implementation.
- Continuously improve usability, accessibility, and learner engagement across our products.
- Support the marketing team with UI/UX direction for landing pages, campaigns, and digital content.
Who You Are
- 2–3 years of professional experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer.
- Strong understanding of design principles, UX flows, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in Figma (required); experience with Adobe XD or Illustrator is a plus.
- Experienced in designing responsive web and mobile interfaces.
- Comfortable with user research, A/B testing, and usability analysis.
- Excellent at visual and verbal communication, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Passionate about learning, education, and solving meaningful real-world problems.
