The Providus Bank SME Program, in partnership with the Enterprise Development Centre (EDC), is designed to strengthen the capacity of Nigerian business owners by equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and tools required to scale sustainably.

This program focuses on helping SMEs develop long-term strategic plans, improve operational efficiency, and drive profitability.

Participants will gain practical insights into leadership, business growth strategies, and market positioning while building valuable networks with fellow entrepreneurs and industry experts.

Eligibility Criteria for the Providus Bank SME Program 2026

  • Applicant must be a citizen or legal resident of Nigeria
  • Business must be registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in Nigeria
  • Business must have operated for at least 5 years
  • Business must have a minimum annual turnover of ₦50 million
  • Applicant must maintain proper financial records
  • Applicant must be available to fully commit to the program schedule
