Receptionist at Chicmicro PLC
The Receptionist is the first point of contact when customers come in and the first person to speak with over the phone.
Responsibilities of the Receptionist at Chicmicro PLC
- Manages and coordinates the front office.
- Answers, screens & routes incoming calls.
- Provides information to callers or directs calls to the appropriate department.
- Handles telesales across the internet and social media handles.
- Presents and promotes Company brands and software products.
- Receives and extracts data, and contacts to reach out for actual conversion into committed paying customers.
- Receives and manages online live chat of visiting users across all platforms assigned to him/her.
- Time sending of email to customers and broadcast for email marketing of newsletters and company updates
- Receives and greets visitors and guests.
- Maintains and schedules meeting room reservations and Booking system management with a complete feedback system with the vendors and service providers.
- Manages in/out of office personnel attendance.
- Manages and prepares in/out-going mails, Delivery24, UPS DHL and Fedex ETC.
- Maintains professional demeanour at all times.
- Maintains an accurate/detailed calendar of events; creates schedules related to the organisation or Executive management.
- Creates and/or modifies documents using Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel, proflo in project and other internal CRM tools
- Performs general clerical duties, including but not limited to: special projects, photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Prepares a variety of materials such as interoffice communications and correspondence, and maintains records for the management board.
- Assists with preparing for meetings or events as needed.
