We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Head of IT and Media

  • Job Location: Lagos
  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Department: Information Technology / Corporate Communications
  • Reports To: Head of Operations / Head of Administration
  • Salary: N300,000 – N400,000 / month.

Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and creative IT & Digital Media Officer to oversee the organization’s IT infrastructure while managing its digital presence and multimedia content.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems, provide technical support, manage the company website and social media platforms, and create engaging digital content that enhances the company’s brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities
Information Technology:

  • Provide day-to-day IT support to all employees.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, printers, and network systems.
  • Manage the company’s internet, email systems, servers, and cloud-based applications.
  • Ensure data security through regular backups, antivirus management, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and recommend hardware/software upgrades.
  • Set up workstations for new employees and manage user accounts.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Liaise with external IT vendors and service providers when necessary.

Digital Media & Content Management:

  • Develop and implement the company’s digital media strategy.

  • Design graphics, promotional materials, and marketing content using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Collaboration & Support:

  • Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, HR, and Project teams to support campaigns and internal communications.
  • Provide technical support during meetings, presentations, and company events.
  • Recommend innovative digital solutions to improve operational efficiency and brand visibility.

Requirements
Education:

Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience in IT support, digital media, or a similar role.
  • Experience in managing websites and social media platforms.
  • Experience with photography, videography, and content creation is an advantage.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with website management (e.g., WordPress).
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDRAW.
  • Video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage all cost-related aspects of our construction projects from inception to completion.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for cost planning, budgeting, procurement, contract administration, valuations, and ensuring projects are delivered within approved budgets while maintaining quality and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
Cost Planning & Estimation:

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and project budgets.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for proposed projects.
  • Advise management on cost-effective construction methods and materials.
  • Develop cost plans throughout the project lifecycle.

Contract Administration:

  • Prepare tender and contract documents.

This pivotal role will be instrumental in safeguarding the company’s legal interests, ensuring full compliance with statutory guidelines, and providing robust company secretarial services.
  • About the Role: Reporting directly to the Managing Partner, you will lead the Legal and Compliance unit, striving to minimize litigation and proactively manage legal risks. You will be the primary point of contact for all legal and compliance matters, working closely with the Board and Management.
  • Experience in Real Estate is an Advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Legal Advisory: Provide comprehensive legal counsel to the Board, Management, and staff on all pertinent issues, ensuring optimal legal strategies.
