We’re looking for a reliable and proactive person to provide day-to-day administrative and operational support in a fully remote environment.

The ideal candidate is someone who pays attention to detail, follows through on assignments, and can stay organized even when several things need to be handled at once.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Remote Assistant, you’ll help managers and team members stay organized and focused by handling a variety of administrative responsibilities.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Managing calendars, meetings, appointments, and schedules
  • Monitoring and responding to emails, messages, and routine requests
  • Organizing digital files, documents, records, and databases
  • Preparing and updating reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other documents
  • Performing data entry and checking information for accuracy
  • Coordinating tasks, information, and follow-ups between team members
  • Tracking deadlines, assignments, and outstanding activities
  • Conducting basic research and collecting information when needed
  • Supporting internal projects and administrative processes
  • Assisting with travel arrangements, expense tracking, invoices, and other administrative duties when required
  • Maintaining professional communication with internal and external contacts
  • Identifying administrative challenges and helping find practical solutions
  • Handling company and business information with confidentiality
  • Making sure assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time

Skills We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should be organized, responsible, and comfortable taking ownership of your work.

Key skills include:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently
  • Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Comfort using email, calendars, spreadsheets, video conferencing, and other digital tools
  • Good data-entry and document-management skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to learn new tools and processes quickly
  • A professional, reliable, and proactive attitude

You should also have experience handling administrative tasks in a remote or digital work environment and be comfortable managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. A reliable internet connection and a suitable setup for working from home are required.

Since this role may involve communicating with English-speaking colleagues, clients, or stakeholders, strong English proficiency is required.
