About the Role

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our operations — solving complex challenges, delivering exceptional service, and helping professionals succeed on our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide fast, accurate, and empathetic support to healthcare professionals through chat, email, and voice channels.
  • Resolve shift, payment, and platform-related issues in real time while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
  • Utilize tools like Zendesk and Salesforce to manage cases, update records, and document interactions clearly.
  • Use critical thinking to troubleshoot problems, adapt workflows, and escalate cases when necessary.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently — addressing users by name and maintaining a helpful, professional tone.
  • Identify and report recurring issues or process gaps to improve overall worker experience.
  • Support onboarding by guiding new professionals through platform processes and ensuring they’re set up for success.
  • Uphold Clipboard’s core values — speed, ownership, and high standards — in every interaction.

Requirements

  • Fluent, professional-level English (spoken and written).
  • Minimum 2 years experience in customer support (chat or voice).
  • At least 2 years of CRM experience (Zendesk or Salesforce preferred).
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional, remote environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and sound judgment under pressure.
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to grow with the team.

System Requirements

  • Minimum 15 Mbps wired internet connection.
  • Minimum Intel i5 processor or equivalent.
  • 12GB RAM or higher.
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace.
  • Reliable electricity and stable internet connectivity.

Compensation

  • Africa: $10,800 per year
  • Caribbean: $14,400 per year

Final compensation will depend on education, experience, certifications, and location.
