Pay: Up to ₦25,000 per completed 8–15 minute vlog, depending on experience
Availability: Must be able to communicate during UK working hours

Are you great at turning hours of raw footage into a video that people actually want to keep watching? UCM Global is building a small, reliable team of freelance Video Editors to support a fast-growing global content brand focused on family and lifestyle content. The brand has built an engaged audience across multiple social media platforms, and we’re looking for editors who can help us consistently produce polished, entertaining long-form videos.
What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your availability and project requirements, you may be responsible for:
- Editing 8–15 minute family and lifestyle vlogs.
- Reviewing, organising and selecting the best moments from raw footage.
- Creating strong openings and engaging viewer hooks.
- Building a clear story with good pacing and audience retention in mind.
- Using music, sound effects, captions, graphics and transitions appropriately.
- Maintaining the established tone and visual style of the Monago Family brand.
- Making revisions based on feedback.
- Preparing final videos in the required format.
- Delivering polished edits within agreed deadlines.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who can take raw footage and make creative decisions without needing step-by-step instructions.
You should have:
- A strong portfolio of long-form video editing.
- Experience with vlogs, YouTube, family, lifestyle or similar content.
- A good understanding of storytelling, pacing and audience retention.
- The ability to identify the strongest moments from raw footage.
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or CapCut.
- Strong English comprehension.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Reliable internet and suitable editing equipment.
- The ability to manage projects independently.
- Professional and proactive communication.
- The ability to receive feedback and implement revisions accurately.
- Availability to communicate during UK working hours when required.
