Job Description

Due to our rapid growth, Stellar Bets is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager / Talent Acquisition Specialist to help expand our retail iGaming affiliate network across multiple African countries. This is a remote role, ideal for professionals with strong HR or talent acquisition backgrounds and a passion for iGaming.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use your network and sourcing tools to identify qualified candidates
• Ensure alignment with the desired affiliate profile
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress
• Introduce prospective candidates to the role and its terms
• Support onboarding and deliver basic training

Requirements

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
• Strong connections or background in the iGaming retail market
• Stable internet access and ability to work remotely
