Job Type: Hourly Contract
Pay: $15–$65 per hour, depending on experience
Commitment: 10–40 hours per week
Are you an artist who enjoys working across different creative fields and experimenting with new technology? We’re looking for an Interdisciplinary Artist to join a growing creative team working on projects that help improve AI-generated content. This is an opportunity to bring your artistic experience into visual, film, audio, digital media and animation projects while collaborating with both creative and technical professionals.
What You’ll Do
Your work will involve creating and curating high-quality creative content for AI models. You’ll also:
- Develop visual, film, audio, digital and animation content.
- Work with cross-functional teams to meet creative and technical requirements.
- Interpret project briefs and contribute different artistic perspectives to training datasets.
- Document your creative process and explain artistic ideas clearly.
- Review AI-generated content and provide useful feedback to improve quality.
- Experiment with different creative approaches and solve problems collaboratively.
- Adapt to new projects and work across multiple creative disciplines when needed.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate has strong experience in one or more creative areas, such as visual arts, filmmaking, audio production, digital media or animation.
You should also have:
- A portfolio demonstrating strong creative work.
- Experience delivering interdisciplinary projects.
- Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and relevant audio, video or animation software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working remotely with creative or cross-functional teams.
- The ability to translate artistic ideas into structured information that can be useful for AI applications.
- Strong organisation, time management and multitasking skills.
- A self-motivated approach and the ability to work independently.
