About the Team: Drug Development Digital Products – User Experience
You’ll be joining a diverse, innovative UX team that collaborates across digital platforms to deliver world-class user experiences.
The team’s mission is to improve the usability, accessibility, and design of Labcorp’s digital healthcare tools — ultimately improving outcomes for patients and professionals alike.
Internship Assignment Summary
As a UX Intern, you’ll have the chance to:
- Partner with design, user research, and product management teams to deliver intuitive digital experiences
- Contribute creative design concepts driven by user insights and data
- Support qualitative and quantitative user research, including survey design and usability testing
- Analyze feedback and translate the voice of the customer into actionable design improvements
- Communicate findings and collaborate cross-functionally with designers, researchers, and engineers
Eligibility & Qualifications
Who Can Apply:
- Preferred candidates are rising juniors and seniors (graduation between Dec 2026 – June 2028)
- Open to all current students in related disciplines
Education Background:
- Design, Communications, Psychology, Marketing, or related field
Desired Skills:
- Understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think critically, creatively, and collaboratively
