BOA and Heifer International are launching the National Agricultural Mechanization Program to fund 2,000 tractors and 9,000 implements for youth and women agripreneurs.

BOA offers credit facilities, agricultural loans, and development programs aimed at improving rural livelihoods, food security, and sustainable farming practices across the country.
Heifer Nigeria
Heifer Nigeria is a branch of Heifer International, a global nonprofit organization committed to ending hunger and poverty by supporting smallholder farmers. In Nigeria, Heifer focuses on advancing agricultural innovations, empowering youth and women in agribusiness, and strengthening food systems through partnerships and sustainable interventions.
The Bank of Agriculture (BOA), in partnership with Heifer Nigeria, invites applications for the Renewed Hope National Agricultural Mechanisation Program — a transformative initiative designed to expand access to affordable mechanization services and enhance Nigeria’s agricultural productivity.
This program aims to empower farmers, women, youth, and mechanization companies by providing easy access to tractors and other mechanized farming tools through sustainable financing. Together, BOA and Heifer Nigeria have developed a framework to finance and manage 2,000 tractors procured by the Federal Government of Nigeria under a Pay-As-You-Go model.

- 3–5 Years Lease Terms
- 15% Interest Rate
- 25% Down Payment
