Job Description
Rotic Aluminium Extrusion invites applications for its Engineering Graduate Trainee Programme. This programme is designed to provide recent engineering graduates with hands-on technical experience across manufacturing operations, maintenance, and production systems.
Trainees will work closely with experienced engineering teams on real-world projects while developing strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in an Engineering discipline
- 0–2 years of work experience
- Completed or exempted from NYSC
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies
- Innovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and challenging the status quo
