Sales Admin Officer at Ascentech Services Limited
Location Lagos
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monthly Sales Achievement
- Gross Profit Performance
- New Customer Acquisition
- Customer Retention Rate
- Collection Efficiency
- Territory Coverage
Candidate Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 4–8 years of sales experience within the Food, FMCG, Seafood, or Frozen Fish industry.
- Experience in Fisheries/Seafood is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook (mandatory).
- Experience with ERP or sales management software is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and perform effectively under pressure.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
