We’re seeking a smart, organized, and fashion-savvy Sales & Executive Assistant to support a C-level executive and manage day-to-day retail operations for a growing fashion brand.
This role combines customer-facing sales at our store at Yaba Train Station location with administrative and personal support responsibilities.
It’s ideal for someone proactive, trustworthy, and passionate about fashion and people.
Responsibilities of the Sales & Executive Assistant at Kastanos Cafe
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Welcome and engage customers, helping them find the right fashion items.
- Promote and sell the brand’s shoes, bags, and clothing.
- Track and report daily sales, ensuring targets are met.
- Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and inventory levels.
- Provide excellent service to build repeat customer relationships.
Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage the executive’s schedule and appointments.
- Handle calls, messages, and correspondence professionally.
- Coordinate logistics, deliveries, and simple vendor communications.
- Provide regular updates and organize key information for decision-making.
- Support with light content or social coordination related to the brand’s visibility.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in either sales, retail, or personal/executive assistance.
- Must live close to Yaba Train Station (to align with early morning retail hours).
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Organized, punctual, and dependable.
- Fashion-conscious with a neat, presentable appearance.
- Comfortable working independently and reporting directly to a C-level executive.
